For replacement of goods sold, customers must bring along the original receipt together with the item(s) in the original packing to the department/store, from which the purchase was made, within 14 days from date of receipt.
If the product was purchased at online shop, please email to email@example.com within 14 days from date of receipt. Your paid delivery fee cannot be refunded.
Unless otherwise specified, refund policy is not available.
Each order only allows return once.
No replacement can be made for products that have been used or damaged.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, food, medicines, herbs, personal care products, underwear and underpants are non-replaceable.
Exchange/Refund are not applicable to "Store Pickup" orders.
