Recipe: Soak the white bird's nest for 8 hours. Put the bird's nest into the stew bowl and add an appropriate amount of 80°C hot water. Cover well and place the entire stew bowl into the pot. Pour boiling water to half of the height of the stewing bowl and simmer for 30 mins.
