Herb Cistanchis (Each Tael)

Recipe: Heshouwu Cistanche Lean Soup – Prepare 3 maces Shouwu, 1 tael Cistanche, 3 maces Angelica, 4 maces wolfberry, 6 southern dates, half catty of lean meat. Wash all the ingredients, put them in a pot, add a proper amount of water, boil over high heat, simmer for two and a half hours, add salt to taste.
